Spanish Speakers - how do you say this?

Always weary of google translate - not sure if ther are any accents I need to use. Any natives who could advise please. I want to say

As Tessa says but make sure you put an upside down exclamation mark at the start if you’re using one at the end! Can’t work out how to do it on my phone...
