Anyone use the swaddlebee's organic velour nappy?

I've seen it on Flame's site and it looks divine! Will I need anything else with it for a heavy wetter?

If so, what wraps do you use?

I use them either with a Tots fleece wrap or with a Motherease airflow at night. I did boost with a hemp booster but don't bother any more. I find them very good for night time.
