parenting classes - do they work

just wondering if anyone has been on a parenting class and found it has transformed their parenting - and hence lives. they all seem so expensive that I worry it would be a waste of money if I don't see dramatic results, or any results rather. and also that it woudl work for a bit and then eveyrone would slip back into our bad old ways...

Where abouts are you? as ParentLine Plus (click on Groups and Workshops) Do Fab courses and they are usually free! Yes I've done a few of theirs and you do learn some handy tools for certain situations but the best thing is meeting other people who are also in the same boat.
