Tax Credit - How Long to wait?

I sent them a letter about 4 weeks ago, stating what changes there had been to my income and childcare arrangements- not heard anything yet.

Do i wait a bit longer before i contact them, or does it normally take this long?

Just call them, I have both times there have been changes. In fact I called them last week and it's already been amended now

are we supposed to get the yearly summary thing soon - given that we are now in the new tax year ?

You used to automatically get a form to fill in for what you actually earned rather than what you predicted a year before - but last year I think we had to ask for one.
