How much does/did your baby eat at 10 weeks old? How many oz & how often did they feed?

At 10 weeks my dd was feeding approx every two to three hours. I think if I remember rightly she was taking anything between 70 and 130 per feed!

Around 6oz 6 times a day (every three hours and once at night) however she is a 75 percentile baby so could be more than the ‘average’.

The current guideline says say to feed when baby is hungry and to let them decide how much they drink at each feed. Ideally you want a little left in the bottle at the end.

They should be having roughly 2.5 floz per pound of weight in 24 hours. So a 10lb baby should have roughly 25floz.

Have a look at the MN Infant Feeding section too. It’s usually quite useful Smile
