Ergobaby original or 360?

I'm confused about the difference between these two carriers. There is a £30 approx price difference between the two so I'd love to know what people's experiences are? It seems they can both carry in 3 positions and both have Velcro straps?!

Original can do parent facing on front or back. 360 can face forward when on parents front. I don't know about the 360 but the original that I've got doesn't have Velcro on it anywhere.

My 360 had a fold up part behind baby's head which was a bit of support when they slept. Really missed it when I borrowed my sister's and had to hold the head in my hands! Loved the 360.

Don’t get the one with a Velcro strap. If you try to get your sleeping baby out when you get home it’s so loud to rip off!

360 as you can carry baby in 4 different positions.
Mine is the 360 & lasted 2 babies so far, I love it & can get a sleeping baby out of it!

I hated the velcro waistband on the 360. When I extracted sleeping baby out of the sling and into crib, I put two rooms between us before I dared to rip it off.
