Still blubbling!

How long after pregnancy will my hormones settle down? I seem to blub at everything on TV relating to babies (Think Pampers ads, Call the Midwife etc.. ). Never did this before. My LO is 8 months old! Or is this life now?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'm still cry at anything relating to children or mothers. Pisses me off as I used to be quite 'hard' Hmm DS is one. I expect it's going to continue for some time ...

Still happening here and youngest DD is nearly 2. The Amazon ad with the baby and the dog/lion has me a blubbering wreck Blush

You will never be the same again! I cry at anything these days!

whatsittoyou · 26/12/2017 21:25

God you’d never be able to watch something like that Call the midwife episode ever again now I’m afraid!

RJnomore1 · 26/12/2017 21:26

Oldest is 18 tomorrow hoping it stops any day now...

Passmethecrisps · 26/12/2017 21:27

5 year old dd. I settled a little then had dd 2. I think I am now broken forever.

PandaPieForTea · 26/12/2017 21:31

It’s a relief it’s not just me. I’m a perfectly rational person otherwise. I just cry at pathetic sentimental things.

RadioGaGoo · 26/12/2017 21:31

I don't even watch Call the Midwife. It was on in the background about half and hour ago (I am at PIL's). I had to leave the room by offering to make tea. I got into the kitchen and sobbed!

That was not me eight months ago.

iklboo. You made me both giggle and sob.
