Does anyone elses babies just mash up their food and make a mess more than eating the actual food with BLW?my son is 6 months

Yep definitely; the main way I know she’s eaten is that her nappies have changed a bit!

Yes, it's fine. It's all part of playing and exploring. I'm not sure mine ate anything for the first 2 weeks or so, but eventually we started to see it come through in her poo. It was still mostly just play and trying things here and there rather than eating any quantity of food until about 9/10 months and then she just took off like a lightening bolt. Stick with it and give it time. It's a marathon not a sprint and it really does pay off down the road.
