Ds is 2.4 & tells me after he poo's or wets that he is dirty or wet! I know my dd was potty trained at 2years old, but that was more fluke than anything else!!

I don't think he is quite ready yet, though he pooed on the potty this morning & got excited, then wee'd in it tonight & was very pleased with himself! He asked for the potty both times & hates me putting pull ups on him, I bought him new bob the builder pants, but I guess I am afraid to take the next step....

WWYD???

Anyone?

I didn't actually train dd... she decided she didn't want to wear nappies anymore

Any advice for me?

Take the plunge. Literally.

Let him wear his new pants. I think the thinking is that he'll realise he's wet/dirty wearing those and not like it. Whereas he won't feel it so much if he's wearing pull-ups.

Bung him on the potty at key times during the day. Lots of praise etc. Good luck!

Yeah, I finish uni for the summer in the next few weeks so will go for it then!

Or maybe try him as often as I can over this weekend....
