Temp of 35

My 4yo has a temp of 35, as long as I can keep it above 35 there is nothing to worry about right? He's having warm milk, hot water bottle and is laid on a blanket, has his duvet over him and has a fleece onesie on and socks

How is he now?

His temp is 35.4 now, still white but completely fine in himself has been since mid morning yesterday.

A low temperature can sometimes be more serious than a high one. I would call 111 for advice and get him seen to make sure there's nothing wrong.

Colour and temp have finally returned to normal, he's even more active now!
