Normal EBF baby poo or diarrhoea? ~warning: contains pic~

My DS is 6 weeks and is EBF. He's been a little unsettled the last few days but I put it down to him going through a development leap. He's also had a cold which is still leaving him congested and he's been doing one big vomit of milk and mucus every other day or so.
I just changed his nappy and this is What lay beneath (see pic attched). His poo is usually this colour but would also have bits in it so this is quite out of the ordinary. Is this what diarrhoea looks like in a baby? He's v healthy otherwise, weighs 12lbs now and lots of wet nappies.

Thanks in advance from an anxiety ridden FTM.

I forgot to add the only differences in his/my diet is that we gave him some new vitamin D drops yesterday which are orange flavour and also I started a course of suppositories for piles lucky me.. last night which have steroids in, though the GP said that the amount that will pass to DS is very small.

Normal. My first ebf baby had "seedy" poo until weaning, but my second had seedy until a few weeks then it changed to like the one in your picture. A bit like runny peanut butter. A variation of normal I'm told.

Diarrhoea is literally water, like a yellow water stain on the nappy or a pool of yellow/green water. Not creamy like the picture.

Thank you @RatRolyPoly Smile
That's put my mind at ease!

Yep, Normal for my DD 14 weeks

He'd also be very unsettled, crying a lot, weeing less and have a temperature if he'd picked up a stomach bug.

Thanks both.
He's done another poo since which looked more like his usual so maybe it was just a one off.. babies are confusing!
