Brownies and Church Parade

Just need some quick advice for anyone experienced with this. Is it normal for parents to attend every service? Is it ok to drop the child off on an occasion with supervision of the leaders and pick up later if DD is ok with this. I want to ask but don't want to come across as being the worst parent in the world. I attend when I can but sometimes clashes with my son's things and visa versa.

Thank you

I’ve never gone to the Church services with Brownies. Think you would be fine to leave her 🙂

Leaving them with the leaders should be fine, feel free to just double check if unsure if anything I bet they are just glad you turn up! So many just use Brownies for their weekly sessions and never commit to parades or services.

I’m a brownie leader and we sometimes ask parents to stay if we are short on adult helpers - also trying to promote it as entirely optional and flexible so not ‘we have 6 spaces and one adult helper’, like an organised trip.
