Hi all

We are planning on taking out pram on a Thomson flight - it's quite expensive and I'm worried it may get damaged - what's others experience of taking a pram on a Thomson flight?? I've heard you can take it upto the boarding bit

Also is a carrycot included as part of the free luggage allowance that applies to prams on Thomson flights ??

Thanks

With any air line you take it with you right up to getting on the flight at the gate or you can choose to check it in earlier at the check in desks if you want too. All parts of the pram will be eligible to take on the flight.
AS for taking an expensive pram again that's personal choice you'd have to check your insurance to see if you'd be covered for any damage caused by being in the hold. Personally I bought a cheap stroller for holidays abroad it didn't really matter if it was damaged in transit and I didn't mind if it got smothered in sun tan lotion and sand.

Also to add I've been on many flights (Thomson included) and I've never had any of my strollers damaged
