Hi all,

My son is 13 months. Since yesterday morning my son has had runny stool. At first we thought he might be teething but it lasted all day yesterday and has carried on today. I've just taken his temperature and it's 35.2 (underarm thermometer) this is normal from what I gather?

He's not really too interested in food but is drinking some water, he had some toast this morning. He seems ok in himself but a little wingy.

Is this something that will just pass or do I need to get him to the doctors?
