HELP!! Anyone know what time I can drop off my TMA at Milton Keynes?

Arghhh! I am sooo behind on my ECA that I am not going to have time to get it finished and posted. I am going to have to drive up to Milton Keynes and deliver it in person. I'm sure I read somewhere that you have until midnight on the deadline day to deliver it as you can take it to the Guards office or something like that. Trouble is I have had to defer submitting my ECA and my course website is now closed and I can't find the information again.

Anyone know? PLEASE

Can't remember sorry. And chucked out the ECA stuff...

Worth phoning Walton Hall and asking.

dustystar · 16/04/2007 18:04

I'm going to try that tomorrow- they'll be gone now. I just had a mad panic that maybe I had remembered wrong and hoped someone on here might know so I could relax

I didn;t think you could take it to Milton Keynes although I may be wrong as all my TMa's have been driven to my tutors house so I may ahve remembered him huffing about the fact there was no way he was driving to mIlton Keynes so I ahd better get my bum in gear - we are in Lancashire

dustystar · 16/04/2007 18:06

Its because its an end of course assignment that has to be sent to Walton House in Milton Keynes rather than to my tutor.

TMAs no.

ECAs yes.

dustystar · 16/04/2007 18:08

I know the eca has to go to milton keynes but I am sure I have a memory of someone saying to me that the milton keynes one has to go in the post as it goes to a PO box rather than a person or something like that but I may be wrong.

dustystar · 16/04/2007 18:13

WooHoo - spent ages looking on the website and couldn't find the information but have dug through all my paperwork and have finally found it It can be delivered by hand to the security lodge at Walton Hall up to midnight on the cut-off date. Thank God for that. I can now relax until tomorrow when i will be hard at it again. Now where did i put that bottle of wine......

Yay!

What course are you doing BTW?

I did SD226 last year, and that had an ECA. I loathed it (the ECA not the course). Give me an exam any day.

beckybrastraps · 16/04/2007 18:43

ANd don't forget to get the receipt!!

dustystar · 16/04/2007 18:45

SD805 - bloody hard work but really interesting. I'm the same I'd much rather an exam. My next course is ethnography and its only a 6 month course with 3 tMAs and an exam - hopefully it will be much easier. What's Sd266?

dustystar · 16/04/2007 18:46

Sorry - whats SD226?

Biological Psychology - exploring the brain!

It was great overall, but the ECA. God!

SD805?

beckybrastraps · 16/04/2007 18:56

Oooh - looked it up. Looks interesting. Although the gloss has probably worn off for you now though eh?

dustystar · 16/04/2007 18:59

Wow - that sounds really interesting. SD805 is the Science of Brain and behaviour which sounds quite similar

glad you can hand it in I have just sat in a meeting in which I failed to contribute anything useful as I was worrying about your eca!!

dustystar · 18/04/2007 18:33

Ahh - thankyou Twinset I hope the meeting wasn't important. I've written 5500 words now. I need to write about another 1000 so I'll ned to cut some of the ones I've written out - I don't know how I always manage to write too much

Going to have some dinner and then spend a couple more hours on it tonight At least by this time tomorrow I will have to have finished it one way or another
