Lunch box ideas

Hello, could I have some packed lunch ideas for a fussy 5 year old please?

Won’t eat sandwiches or bread in any form, or pasta, rice or potatoes.

Loves vegetables and fruit, but needs more substance. The current lunch looks like this:
1x dry cream cracker
Slice of ham
Sticks of raw carrot and floret of broccoli
Soreen malt loaf lunchbox snack size
2 x price fruit (satsuma, Apple, plum, grapes, strawberries)
1 x little yeo yoghurt
4 x green olives

But she has this every day! Any ideas for some variety! It doesn’t seem v filling. She Loves nuts and used to take a little pot of almonds or cashews. But now a child with a nut allergy has joined and obviously it can’t be risked.

Any ideas gratefully received. Thank you

Spanish omelette? It's nice cold and very filling. Will she have a wrap or is that too bready? Hummus with stuff to dip in? Aldi do these great dips, a pea and mint one, and beetroot and something one and a red pepper one- would she like them? Bread sticks to dip in?
