Son not feeding?

My son is 3 weeks old and it seems he isn't feeding as he should as he seems to have milk and he then cries about 20 minutes later for more help I also have a 5yrold.

Onthe aptamil tub it says 120ml at 2-4 weeks.. how many feeds a day is he having?
