Would you wake him?

We have a Halloween party to go to this afternoon. We need to leave in 20 minutes. I tried desperately to get 15 month old DS to sleep earlier today with no luck and now, as anticipated, he has decided its nap time. He’ll usually nap for 1-1.5 hours.

Would you wake him in 15 minutes and rush to get his costume on then go to the party risking him being grumpy and not enjoying it?

Or would you leave him to sleep and forget about the £10 it cost for the party plus the money spent on his costume?

The party is an hour long toddler class (think similar to sensory) so can’t show up late.

DH thinks we should wake him, I’m not too sure.

I’d put my feet up and have a cup of coffee.

I'd wake him, he'll be fine for an hour and will love it!

Tried to wake him - met with screaming and tears and now it’s too late to start getting him ready but he probably won’t go back to sleep.

Aah kids Grin
