Halloween disco

Hello, my sons school halloween disco is next week. He wanted to choose the scary clown costume (oblivious to the craze that has happened). I'm quite annoyed that shops have stocked them for young children. Am I being too sensitive on this or should shops like B and M not sell them at age 8-10. Obviously I said he had to choose another. Pretty annoyed this shop has chose to do it in a child age as it has caused so much distress to people.

My school has banned scary clown costumes at the disco as some younger children were scared. Shop sells anything , up to us not to buy them so they don't sell them next year !

Totally agree, will be saying about the clown outfits to my son's school tomorrow. Clowns to them are happy fun entertainers why include young primary school children in films like IT when they are way too young to watch.
