My son is in year one and has to bring something for show and tell tomorrow starting with the initial sound 'i' as in 'igloo'. I can only think of instrument which I don't have lol. Any ideas would be much appreciated

Inn ? Cut out a picture of a pub or hotel?

Italics? "It" by Stephen King? Ignition, illusion, Immodium...

Imperial measures e.g. on a ruler or a measuring jug. Also featuring inches.

Incense. Index. Indicator lights. Information. Something iridescent.

Or, take nothing and demonstrate inertia.
