How long do the baby blues last?

Hey all. Had a gorgeous little one two weeks ago. Love her to bits but I have been super weepy for the last week. I'm worried this could mean I have pnd. Is this normal? Can anyone reassure me? Thanks

Oh I want to try baby massage! I'll try and look for one of those too. Feels like first day of school going to these but needs must and I feel much happier.

Also I don't think the constant MW/HV visits help. So once those die down you may actually feel better.
