Bath toys for five year olds

Are there such things as bath toys for five year olds? If so any suggestions? We chucked a load of old toys as they went a bit skanky, but my DS still likes playing with something (currently old shampoo bottles) so I feel like I ought to get him something. But everything I've seen looks too babyish. Anyone got anything good that they can recommend? Thanks

We had small plastic funnels of various sizes, sieves, lengths of cut-down hosepipe, plastic jugs of different size, different shaped bottles etc.
Still using them at age 9/10!

Mine have old toothbrushes. They love cleaning the walls and bath with them and the bubbles from their shampoo.

My boys have an array of plastic animals, ds1 aged 9 was getting rather protective over his gorilla and shark tonight! 😂

Bayliss and Harding do tiny baths with smellies in usually at christmas for about £5, dd uses these with empty bottles and plastic toy animals

Lego in the bath was a massive winner here! Boats, cars anything really, ds used to play for hours with the Lego lifeboat and a space shuttle thing Smile

I had a plastic boat in the bath as a child and some little scuba divers and looking back my 'chief diver' was actually Darth Vader! I used to play with them for ages. Something like that where your DS can play imaginatively could last years yet.

Lovely to hear that big kids still play with bath toys! Thanks all
