My girl is now 15months, she has a routine of tea, play, bath, milk and bed. However recently rather than getting sleepy as she has her milk, she throws her milk and begins running around and playing! I have tried making her sit with me and it doesn’t seem to work! Also if I put her to bed you can hear her playing or she will cry!
She has a nap for an hour or maybe more during the day, could this be a reason?
