So in court yet again in 2 hours to hopefully decided 50/50 for my daughter 13. My ex has used every trick in the book over the last 8 years since we split and life is impossible despite my remarriage. How can anyone play pathetic games constantly and get away with it.
Example last night he agreed to go halves on a new suitcase for her so she has something smart to sue between the homes- not ideal I know but now he's playing games and wont pay his half!!
Despite our girl reporting to ss that he has been abusive whilst in his care he gets away with this time after time. Cafcass are the usual ineffectual agency they always are and don't follow anything up so here I am trying to co parent with at the very least a narcissist who loves the mind games and upset he causes.
No matter how many olive branches I offer we always end up in this situation. How do you manage with someone like this??
