Growth and food

The dr has told me to keep an eye on DD's (21 months) growth as it seems to have stagnated in the last few months. Can I ask if you know what your DC grew between age 1 and 2?

I'm wondering is she is not growing because I'm not feeding her enough (not intentionally obviously!). Could anyone give an example of how much their toddler usually eats?

Thank you!

I've got a slow grower... or maybe just a small one. She is still wearing some 9-12 month clothes despite being 22 months. I would say the last few weeks she seems to have had a growth spurt, partly I've noticed carrying her up the stairs and partly because I've got her winter clothes out.
For her it's not that she doesn't eat a lot.. she packs it away. She's just small.
She has:
6oz milk
Weetabix and a slice of toast
A biscuit or some fruit
Beans on toast (maybe a third or a quarter of a big tin). Yoghurt
Fruit/crisps as a school run snack
The same dinner as us (last night she ate lasagne, probably the size of my palm) and a fruit pot for pudding.
Another 6oz bottle.

Thank you that's really helpful! Do you know how much she has grown in the last year? I think the Dr is concerned because DD has just been falling down the percentiles, she was 95th at one point but is now only 20 Confused

Growth is affected by growth hormone, not food. Food only affects your weight.
