Help me think about making our kitchen wheelchair-friendly

Now I'm permanently in a wheelchair (MS) we are looking at redesigning the kitchen which is really awkward to use. I know I need to have a lower sink (.I get soaked when I wash up) and a higher oven ( I can't get stuff out of the normal oven unless it's on the top shelf) and somewhere between the sink and oven that I can chop things -a lower surface which I can get my legs under
DD and DH aren't disabled and need to feel comfortable too
I've ordered a catalogue from Howdens and Magnet
Has anyone done this? Any ideas/tips for me, please?

Get in contact with either you local independent living centre, council occupational therapy service or contact howdens who specialise in adaptive kitchens
