Help!

Ds2 is 13 weeks and teething. His little gums are swollen, red cheeks and drooling more than a St. Bernard. I've tried baby bonjela, ashton and parsons powders and a gummee glove but nothing seems to help. He has a muslin that he chews on but I'm worried about potential germs. He's normally such a happy baby and it's upsetting that he's in pain.

Does anyone have any tips? I've looked online but everything seems to be geared toward older babies (frozen banana etc)

Ds1 didn't get his first tooth til he was almost 1 but didn't start teething until 9/10 months - just hoping ds2 cuts one soon.
