Acid reflux

My 15yrold boy has got acid reflux from birth and now he is saying it hurts him alot what can i DO?

GP can prescribe something to help. Our DN has the same, she's 10 now - takes ranitidine or similar I think.

Certain foods set it off so do research those too. Eg chocolate, caffeine, citrus fruit etc can make it worse. Lots of info online.

Hope he can get it under control soon.
