Naps and Potty Training

Can anyone help? I have just started cold turkey potty training. No nappies, just pants. My DS still has a 2 hour nap in the day. Should I put a nappy on him for his nap or should he go into pants? I can't bear the thought of losing this lovely 2 hour window in the day!! Any suggestions

personally id put nappy on him for nap.do you use cloth?as disposable may be more confusing.you can get cloth training nappies i think

I use disposables. I have avoided trainer pants as I thought going straight into pants would be better. He is funny though, he doesn't mind having a dirty nappy. This morning when he had an accident, i tipped it into the toilet and said 'that's where it goes.....' mmm - we'll see how we go!!

how old is your lo?id prefer to keep nap i think, just have nap nappy, what are you doing at night?if still in nappy at night you could say nappies are for sleepy times only.

He's 26 months old. We went through 10 pairs of pants yesterday! Felt exhausted at the end of the day!! Back in nappies today!
