Nutramigen milk

Has anyone had the nutramigen milk prescribed? I have and my 10 week old will not drink it! Ive been bavk and forth to the docs as hes dropped a centile on weight chart they just dont seem to listen to me! He throws up what he feeds when he eventually takes an ounce! Has anyone tried carabel to thicken? And ive also heard vanilla extract for the vile taste helps?? Thanks

I couldn't get ds to eat it to start with first day he didn't have anything to eat. In the end I had to swap 1 oz at a time. So 5oz cow and gate 1oz nutramigen then 4 and 2, 3 and 3 so on. It took about 2 day to get him over to it.

I've heard vanilla too but not tried it.

My ds was about 4 months but went back to size one teats to slow the flow a bit.

Avent do a newborn teat which is supposed to be extra slow
