Reflux and probiotics

My ebf baby has recently been diagnosed with reflux. The medication is helping, but she still seems to be struggling with pain and constipation. She is particularly fussy when she needs a poo and will cry for 12 hours before, and only goes every 3 or 4 days. The paediatrician is not concerned about this and says it's normal. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? What did you do? I have tried boiled water, lactulose just seemed to give her more tummy pains, and orange juice didn't do much. Ive been on a dairy free diet for a few weeks now too. I've read probiotics can be good, but I'm confused as to which probiotics are the best for breast feeding. Please can you recommend which ones you bought in the uk? Thanks!

I saw these in the chemist, but bought them from Amazon. You take one sachet in a drink with breakfast (you can't taste it) and it should filter through to your breast milk.

I've only been using them for a week or so but I'll give them a month Smile

I like Proven. They do one for breast fed babies, bottle fed and a prenatal/breast feeding one.

I used biogaia probiotic drops, 5 drops a day and it made a massive difference to my little boys trapped wind. His stomach was always bloated a couple of weeks if these and it had gone down. Babygrows that had been too tight were loose again
