Poo alert! My baby will be 4 weeks old tomorrow and just today when changing her she had black like seeds in her poo. Some were bigger than seed size. Her poo is the normal colour you would expect. I have been exclusively breastfeeding her. I called the midwife who said it's probably nothing to worry about but wait to see what her next nappy was like which is the same as the last. They have recommended going to the GP which I will do tomorrow but just want to see if anyone else had experienced this that could shed any light. I've googled it and it could be blood which has made me very nervous. She is fine in herself, feeding, sleeping normally, she doesn't seem bothered by it at all.
