Am I the biggest procrastinator in the world?

Ever since I've started studying I just seem to get so scared putting pen to paper.

I do all off studying and more, when it comes to writing essay I lose all confidence in my ability to write. Does anyone else get this?? Is this normal??

Inevitably my essays are handed in at last minute or late. Am I alone.?

it's the fear of finding out that you don't understand as well as you thought you did - perfectly normal

I keep hoping that it will just go away. I don't normally shy away from doing things.

The lack of believing in myself annoys me(and my DH).

Have you experienced this? It has got worse since having dd in my 2nd yr at uni.

chickyboo, I know how you feel. I read English Lit and used to agonise over my ability especially in the 1st year. I used to leave everything to the last minute, worrying about it constantly until the last minute, panic, stay up all night to get it done etc. By the end of my degree I had it pretty sussed. It sort of clicks into place and you know what you are doing. You'll feel so chuffed when you graduate so don't despair
