Hi Mummy's

With the recent information regarding Johnsons products, which brand do you recommend using on your baby...? Bubble bath, shampoo, oil, lotion etc x

I use Aveeno. We have loads of Johnsons stuff we were given but haven't used...what has been said about it?!

I use a tiny bit of Johnsons when they start getting grubby at about 6 months, otherwise water and olive oil.

What ha been said about Johnsons? I know lots of people are allergic to it but mine have always been fine and I like the smell.

Thanks ladies. I bought some Dove baby products yesterday so will see how that goes.

Apparently their products have cancer causing ingredients & somebody has sued them...Shock x

2 people have sued johnsons for very large amounts of money in the past couple of years because their talc has been found to cause ovarian cancer. To be honest I find the thought of putting anything so chemically on a tiny babies skin completely unnecessary. I've only ever used a tiny bit of bubble bath - faith in nature/neals yard or child's farm. Babies don't need oil and moisturizer to keep their skin soft. Oh, and Aveeno is Johnsons FYI

I'm using earth friendly baby for my DD which you can get in Mothercare. It's a lavender wash and mainly natural. Also use neals yard on her dry patches. I would like to only use water but DD has reflux and a lot of hair and somehow always manages to get a lot of sick in it!

DD exclusively bathes in Pirate Matey. Grin

Its the only thing that creates good bubbles as we have very hard water. Sainsburys shampoo but we only use a smidge every other day.
