It's just come about over night. It's only on his chin so I think its just dribble rash but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks x

Looks like it might be. Funny that he doesn't have it under his chin or on his neck as well. Does he have a dummy at night? Maybe there was salvia stuck behind the dummy during the night and its just caused it to be localised on his chin...

He does have a dummy but thinking about it, ever since he's started teething he sucks his bottom lip in. Possibly could be that? It's not spreading or anything so I think it's just that
