Hey there mums!
I'm a unmarried mother me and my ex were only together for a short while then broke up very soon after I got pregnant.
Things are not ideal between us at the moment I am just wondering if as a unmarried mother I automatically have residence of my child?
I wonder this for if the dad ever tried to go for residence I wondered if I would need to go for it too. He will be offered visitation from me once she's born so I will not be stopping that.
I'm still pregnant currently this is just for future reference.
