12 week vaccinations

My daughter is 15 weeks and I need to book her 12 week jabs. She didn't have them at 12 weeks due to medical issues. She's fine now but we go away over the bank holiday and dont want her to be unwell as with her 8 week jabs it took her a couple of days to get back to normal. I'm not sure if the 12 week ones will have the same affect? Just not sure wether to get them done now or straight after we come back?

I'd call the GP surgery and ask for advice. The sooner the better really to have vaccinations
