DD is nearly 13 months old, she has never been a great sleeper and will go from 9pm-6am at night normally waking atleast once sometimes only for a breastfeed, sometimes for hours to play. Up until now she naps 9am-11am then again about 3-4pm. However recently despite the same night sleeps she isn't sleepy at all until around 11.30am, by then I try to keep her awake for lunch then she does 12.30-3 ish.

Is this enough sleep for this age? DC1 always slept 7-7 at night then two naps unt about 18 months!

DC1 was 16 months. DC2 was earlier about 13-14 months I think.

Both were around one. We had a few very early lunches to move the nap to after food.

First was 13-14 months and second was 18 months on the dot x

All around 9 months then no naps after 18 months Confused

It was around 11 months here. She's now 23 months and is starting to drop naps altogether. Sad

First was at 14mo, second was at about 10mo with the occasional short nap in the afternoon.
I suggest moving her to one long nap just after or during lunch. Don't let her nap after 4pm.
Ds1 used to nap for 3hrs from 10.30/11am. Ds2 naps for 2hrs from 11.30/12

It's slowly being dropped
