Hi MN,

Just joined to ask advice. Last year my wife and I separated, I'm now back in the UK and She and the boys are in Australia. Every week I FaceTime my eldest 3.5 yr old son and a lot of the time he's distracted, which is fine, he goes off to play with me watching.

What I was looking to find was a board game, that I can get, send over one 1/2 of it so we can play together over FaceTime. Initially I was thinking something like Battleships, but thats a bit too old for him at the moment. Any thoughts on what games could work for this situation? He's very clever, so he could happily use games that are a bit older than his age.

Thank for any info.

I FaceTime my niece and nephew who I live 300 miles from. I used to read stories to them when they were little. I kept the book and would hold the camera to the book. My niece loved it. We also have a cuddly monkey that face times with us. She is 5 now and still askes for monkey all the time. We mess about with the monkey, he dances and hides and generally is a little bit naughty. When we do see them, we take monkey with us.

Never played a game over FaceTime but maybe these are other alternatives.
