Baby rash

Hi everyone my 2 week old newborn has a slight rash/spots on her face

Can anyone recommend ways to ease this? I clean my nipple cream off before feeding with water could it potentially be sweat rash from feeding?

I don't use any creams or perfume on my own skin and also use only water to clean her - washing powder is non bio also

The midwife suggested coconut oil but I would have though something oily would make the rash/spots worse?

My DD had these also Dr told me they would go away themselves (which they did when she was about 6 weeks old) they called it neonatal acne. I was told to check under the places where she sweated (arm pits, creases etc) and if spots appear and are yellow and pussy to go back to the dr straight away. Would definitely get them checked by a Dr tho
