Awake with sick child. Anyone up?

Hello. Never posted on here before. Not even to comment on someone else's thread. But here goes..... I'm currently awake on holiday. We're only one hour ahead of UK. Nearly 2 yr old was not quite right today. Very loose nappy etc. Git him off to sleep ok. Then an hr ago he woke up,30 minutes later he's vomiting. We're currently curled up watch things on iPad. Think it's going to be a long night. Just wondering if any one is awake and could keep me sane. Thanks x

Oh dear! Poor you and him

Does he have a temp or is it only sickness? Mine is a similar age so I know what it's like.

No temperature. Just one off, but large, vomit so far. And the bad nappy earlier in day. He's very happily curled up on my. Watching Wallace & Gromit. So at least I'm not driving myself insane with night garden!

Hopefully he will go to sleep once his tummy calms down then you can too. Glad he isn't hot and hope that's the end of the sickness. Yes I'm so over night garden too

Yours currently sick? Or is something else keeping you awake?

(Ummm. I dislike Night Garden so much my two have never watched a single episode. They don't even know it exists!)

I'm going to try to go to sleep now - was awake and worried because dh was very late home from a quick pop to the shop but it turned out he'd fallen asleep downstairs and hadn't actually left the house! So I can sleep now. I hope you get some sleep and dd get some sleep too.
