Venicci prams

Hi all, I have also posted this in products, but thought it might be good here too!

Does any one have / have any experience of, any of the Venicci pram / travel systems?

We came across these by accident in a local shop having not even heard the name before, so just wondered if anyone had one & what they thought of it? They seem a very good deal for what you get compared to Silver Cross etc, although this is just from very limited browsing at the moment!

Thanks Smile

Have you tried posting in chat? It gets way more traffic so you may get a few more replies Smile

Hi, I've got the venicci silver/grey travel system and it's been brilliant. Is there anything specific you want to know?

ZZZZ1111 · 07/08/2017 21:57

I have a venicci travel system, it's been great! Great suspension and easy to steer, nice area for storage underneath, looks smart. We used a maxi cosi car seat with it, just had to buy some adapters.

Thank you! I'll try in Chat too!!

ZZZZ & Funnyface - do you find yours easy to put up / down? I'm quite small myself, so think this is a major thing on my must have list. Does the carry cot / car seat part go on the frame easily & securely? Are they lightweight at all? Easy to push / steer?

Thinking they look like they might be a winner Grin

Yes easy to put up and down, really easy to steer (big wheels). I wouldn't call it light weight though!

It goes up and now really easily, no faffing at all. I'm small too and haven't had any trouble. It steers easily cos the wheels are brill.

I found the carrycot and carseat to be very secure, no problems. The carrycot is more roomy than some I've seen and can be tilted up, a lifesaver if you unexpectedly have a reflux baby!

The changing bag clips onto the handle of the pram which is really handy. Another thing I would say is, it wears well. My baby is 11 months and the whole travel system is still immaculate, I will definitely be able to sell it on. It's been a winner for me and I'd definitely recommend it.

I have this pram and I absolutely love it. Fantastic price for what you get. I had a Silvercross sleepover with DD1 which cost more for just the pram alone and much prefer my Venicci. It's so easy to fold and change from carry cot to car seat no faffing whatsoever and the wheels clip off too which is handy if you've not got enough room in your boot.

I also agree it's easy to steer but I have to disagree that it's not lightweight. I find it to be very light but then I could be comparing to when I had the Silvercross.

I haven't yet tried the pushchair as DD2 is only 12 weeks so can't comment on that. I can't think of any faults, perhaps I'd say there's not much room underneath when the carrycot is attached but then again maybe I'm just buying too much stuff Grin. I have it in light grey and get stopped daily from people in the street commenting on it. Definitely recommend it I'm glad I chose it.

Funnyface I only recently discovered that you clip the bag on I thought the hooks were for shopping bags! I could have kicked myself as it was annoying me that the bag kept skimming the wheels because I'd just hung it over the handle Grin
