What are these spots?

What are these spots!? I'm so worried, he's only 4 weeks and has it all over his face! Any advice will be greatly appreciated x

That is baby acne, DD had it from 4-8 weeks. It cleared up completely at 8 weeks, and hasn't been seen since.

All completely normal.

Yes my DS1 had baby acne as bad as that. Dapping a bit of expressed breastmilk (if you're breastfeeding) on them helps but they will disappear by themselves, no need for medication

It looks like baby acne. It is relatively common and nothing to worry about. 👍

My baby has the same (she's 5 weeks). HV says it's baby acne and a bit of heat rash/sensitive skin. The bulk of of does come and go and comes normally when she's on my feeding and because we are skin on skin it's a bit sweaty at times!
However this doesn't stop me shrieking to my OH to bring me a glass each evening so I can double check the rash and I will be bringing it up at my 6 week app on Wednesday. Although I know it's ok it doesn't stop me worrying!

My baby is 8 weeks today and has had spots like this for last 2 weeks. Gp said it's their little pores getting blocked cos skin not mature enough yet to clear excess oil. I found aqueous cream soothed the redness but the spots go when they're ready!!
