Hi I am going to order a couple of tots bots rainbow nappies and possibly a bumble nappy from nappy lady. Still cant decide if these are right but I want something very slim fitting, are the tots bots slim? Thanks

The rainbow tots are slim, but bamboo is slimmer (although take slightly longer to dry on an airer). I've not tried a bumble.

I've used tots rainbow. Be aware that the fluffiness goes with time and that some colours fade rather quickly. But overall I was happy with them. I've never used bumbles.

Oh yes, they do fade a lot - I forget that (the one I still use is an old style when they did bright colours rather than pastels)

Bumbles are slimmish (about the same as Rainbow), the lilac cotton rainbow turns grey very quickly but yellow, blue and green hold better (I think they changed their dyes at one point cos newer ones stay colourful longer). Tots Bots are discontinuing their cotton rainbows in favour of the bamboo ones (which come in lovely colours). www.naturalchild.co.uk were selling theirs off cheap and may have some left over.

Quick note - I also find the Tots Bots rainbow bots can feel a bit harsh after a while and sometimes also get a bit stiff depending on type of water (soft/hard). But otherwise a good day nappy and quite economical now if you can get hold of them.

You could try Swaddlebees if youre after something REALLY slim fitting (but would be more expensive than tots rainbows) otherwise I agree with Flamesparrow - bamboo is the way to go - slimmer and more absorbant (just not quick to dry)
