What do you do whilst breastfeeding

.... when you aren't gazing lovingly into your baby's eyes ofc.

I feel guilty if i e.g watch tv, MN. but then my saintly mother exclusively read fine literature throughout but I still grew up a total reality tv fan . we can be here for 2+ hours every evening and there isn't even another adult here to say hi to.

I watch TV at the same time as browsing on my phone and generally wasting time, supervise my 3 year old when he's up and not napping or sleeping. Oh, and I stuff my face with snacks

Ds- first baby. Watched House box set in it's entirety, The West Wing in it's entirety, Sex and the City (again)in its entirety....you get the picture!

Dd- not much as she only bf for 5-10 minutes at a time.

Trashy tv and iPad - or feed in bed in dark room x

TV, reading and audio books. Ds liked to feed/latch from 6pm to midnight every night for a couple of months and I could not just sit still for six hours.

Watched day time TV during the day and read trashy novels at night - before smart phones. Don't feel guilty, indulge yourself.

Mine went from the 2nd centile to over the 91st in a few months so there was a lot of feeding....boxsets, kindle, online shopping, mumsnet, whatsapp, facebook, message friends...is it really bad I want to BF if I have another so I can watch more boxsets?! My 16 month old still likes a nap on me so I still do the same things 😂

Oh I forgot the eating vast amounts of food 🙈
