Weekend away for sons 2nd birthday Peppa Pig world

LO's 2nd birthday is approaching so we've booking 2night stay In Southampton to visit Peppa Pig world on his actual birthday.

We're traveling from London the day before & wondering if anyone knows what else there is to do around there?

Or should we go with 2 days at Peppa Pig world (don't know if there's that much to do there TBH)

All ideas would be much appreciated

Just go for a meander around the New Forest. There are some beautiful villages, many of which have very nice pubs serving good food & you will see plenty of ponies everywhere. If you or your husband are a car enthusiast, Beaulieu Motor Museum is interesting and there is plenty of room for a 2yo to run around.

Moors Valley country park isn't far if you have a car and has an amazing play trail in the woods and an interactive gruffalo trail. That is free apart from parking (£10 all day).

Yes to Moors Valkey it is lovely but get there early if it is weekend/holiday as car park gets full
