Broken sleep!

Hello,
I have a 4.5 month old baby boy, he was a very good sleeper but now seems to wake up at 3am and thinks it's time to get up.

He has a feed and rarely goes back down until 6, any tips on what to do??

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'm going through the same thing atm. I usually give DD a bottle and try and settle them back down and if she's having none of it I just pop her back in her crib. She'll amuse herself for some time and then get whingy until I pick her up and try and settle her again.

If it doesn't work first time I repeat - 3am is not playtime imo Blush

Hello,
How old is your daughter? Is she beast fed?

Put him in bed with you (follow safe Co sleeping guidance ) he'll see you going back to sleep and (should!) copy.

Other than that you could try blackout blinds or a later bedtime.

She's 5 months old and is formula fed.

I should probably add that I don't give her a bottle each time I pick up/put down! And second what Bertie says as she sleeps in bed with me from her 5am feed until about 7.30am. Definitely helps us both get a few extra hours.
