How many children would you like?

Just that really!

Im currently pregnant with number 2. Before now i had always thought 2 would be the perfect number of children to have. However, im now finding myself constantly thinking that i would actually prefer one more in a few years time. I feel like 3 would be perfect! What do you think?

Always wanted 3, lucky enough to have just had our third, feel very happily done now. Will probably get broody again in a couple of years but can't put my body through another pregnancy or c section so won't have any more, maybe we will get a dog!

Would maybe be tempted if I could have a guaranteed girl baby handed to me - without doing the pregnancy or birth - Grin as would be lovely for dd1 to have a sister and we would then have 2 of each but that's not going to happen!

I've got two, there was a period about a year ago where I was desperate for another but now DS2 is 3 and he is starting to get his own independence I am very happy with my lot.

As lovely as it was I have no wish to go back to pregnancy, newborn, toddler tantrums, pushchairs etc.

Cleared out the baby stuff recently and I was dreading it, but it was actually felt quite therapeutic and the correct decision.

I have 1 and am done. I always thought I would have lots but I love having one.

I have 2 and absolutely adore it; found the transition from 1-2 a breeze, love how they are together, just had an all-round brilliant time with it. We are definitely not done, currently trying for #3. We'll see how we feel after that - DH thinks I'll get broody again in a few years and want #4 Grin I think I'll be done with SAHM life by the time #3 goes to school and will be happy to use my brain again, get back into the grown-up world, etc - but suspect we may end up with an accidental #4 somewhere along the line. We'll see how we feel after the next one Smile

I have 2, one of each and the family feels complete. I always assumed 2 or 3, but definitely sticking at 2.

I always imagined that I'd have eight or nine but I've got five and I'm done.

I wanted two, but I'm having such an awful pregnancy with the first one, I really don't know if I'll have any more
