Family support team coming to visit

Hi ladies I got a later today saying I will get a visit from family support team as I had a baby 4weeks ago. On the latter it says they visit all new parent is that true? Have u had a visit from them if you had a baby recently?

Health visitor already came to visit so I don't understand why they would visit.

I've never heard of this but it may just be a new thing in your area
