My two and a half year old is quite advanced with his talking. This isn't just my opinion as a PFB everyone who meets him comments how clear he is at talking. Anyway today he has woke up and sounds really really nasally. I thought it might be a blocked/stuffy nose if he has a cold coming in but not signs of runny nose, cough etc. Even my sister said why is he talking like that. Is it worth a doctors appointment tomorrow? Has anyone else had this? Thanks for any advice.
